  5. I love your skills, I especially like the way you refinished your dresser. I bought an old one for $5.00 that has been painted several times and has chipped, is there anyway to refinish without sanding all the way down? Because of the chips? Phyllis

    1. Thanks! I usually just do a light sanding to rough up the paint, I don't usually sand all the way down. Just make sure to use primer. Hope that helps!
