{New paint, chair rail, & wainscoting}
The paint color we chose was just a shade darker than what we painted in the entry, and is Dusty Trail by Olympic Paints (from Lowes).

I'm not sure why this picture turned out so dark. The colors in the first picture are more accurate. I'm hoping to do a tutorial for how to frame windows when we do it in the nursery.
